With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in Training and Development, I have developed Project Management skills that are vital in a successful contract Trainer. My customer service experience makes me scalable to working with a diverse group of people.

In my career, I have demonstrated an aptitude to respond quickly to feedback and have developed the capacity to break down information to effectively communicate in layman’s terms.
